Timothy Koch is a director based in New York City. He is currently the Resident Director of Disney’s Frozen on Broadway. Previous directing credits include Adam & Eve (Kraine Theater; Duplex), Dolores (Abingdon Theater), and Waiting for Lefty, as the guest director at Case Western Reserve University. As an Associate Director, he’s worked for Michael Grandage on HughieThe Cripple of Inishmaan (Broadway), Peter and Alice (West End), and Red (Center Theater Group). As longtime AD to Moisés Kaufman, he’s worked on The HeiressBengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo (Broadway), 33 Variations, and Bent (Center Theater Group), among others. He’s staged developmental readings for Tectonic Theater Project and for NYU’s Graduate Musical Theater Writing Program. Upcoming projects include Mary at New Dramatists, and an operatic adaptation of Sense & Sensibility with The Rally Cat in New York. He studied at the Eugene O’Neill Center’s National Theater Institute, and holds a BA in Theater Arts from Case Western Reserve University.
