A collection of scenes describing the American Depression of the 1930s by one of America’s best known playwrights. This play combines the numerous themes that have always been the hallmark of Miller’s work: family, business and the American Dream. In these difficult financial times Miller’s panoramic exploration of how a country survives in crisis is especially potent.

Williamston Theatre and Michigan State University Department of Theatre have entered into a partnership that will ensure collaborative projects between the two producing units. The purpose of this alliance is to continue the successful mingling of academic and professional theatre artists.
