Much Ado About Nothing
by William Shakespeare
The Pasant Theatre
Thursday, March 30th – April 1st, 6th – 9th, 2006
MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING is a great “todo” about true love and a person’s knowledge of one’s own self. Shakespeare explores this in a country setting with comical cross-purposes. MSU’s production is set on a large plantation on the Gulf Coast in the late l8th Century which easily contains the bumbling Dogberry, his earnest “night watch” and the romantic desires of young cavaliers.
