Hosted by MSU Department of Theatre and the Friends of Theatre at MSU.

The Tempest by William Shakespeare

Thursdays, November 10th and December 1st, 3-5 p.m.

Cost (includes a copy of the script and a show ticket!): $40 (Prime Time members), $45 (non-Prime Time members)

“Shakespeare's most magical play contains mutinies and treacheries as residents (both human and otherwise) rebel against the powers that restrain them.". Directed by Deric McNish at the Wharton Center's Pasant Theatre.

The classes will be led by a combination of MSU Department of Theatre faculty, production collaborators and Friends of MSU Theatre board members. The first class will feature Professor Jyotsna Singh from the Department of English. Then, participants will then have the option of attending a performance on campus on date of their choice (listed below). The December 1st class will feature a post-performance "talk back" with team members involved in the production.
