In celebration of the Pulitzer Prize-winning Steinbeck classic novel, the Department of Theatre will be working with the College of Music to present two versions of “The Grapes of Wrath”. While the College of Music will present the opera version of the story, the Department of Theatre will present Frank Galati�s Tony Award-winning stage adaptation of the novel. The major themes of resiliency and transformation are explored as the Joad family perseveres through difficult times by gaining communal strength. Look for special programming throughout the year related to this exciting initiative.
