MFA Design Candidate
Heather Brown received her Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre from Grand Valley State University. Post graduation she received an apprenticeship at the Williamston Theatre for their 2012-2013 season. After completion of her apprenticeship she became their Master Electrician and Assistant Lighting Designer. Recent lighting design credits include "Next to Normal", "Clybourne Park", "Hands on a Hardbody" and "Spring Awakening" at the Pit and Balcony Theatre in Saginaw, MI. She has also assisted other designers around the state as an electrician at places such as Tipping Point Theatre, City Theatre, Performance Network Theatre and many more. She also has credits as a Scenic Designer with productions including "Other Desert Cities", "The Real Thing" and "Almost, Maine".
