MFA Acting Candidate
Originally from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Darah earned a BA in Acting from The Pennsylvania State University. Upon graduation, she moved to New York City where she worked at Barrow Street Theatre as House Manager and Shop Manager for the off-Broadway production of Sweeney Todd. Darah has directed, choreographed, and taught musical theatre and acting at Pennsylvania Youth Theatre. One of her favorite moments was directing a two-week production of Honk Jr. with students ages 8-18. Performances at Penn State include Twelfth Night, Julius Caesar, and O Beautiful.
Other favorite performance credits include Les Miserables (Eponine), Big: The Musical (Susan), How to Succeed… (Smitty), and much more. Darah is very excited to work and grow with the faculty and students at Michigan State. Go Green … Go White!
